• Custom cabinetry/built-ins design
• Aging in Place considerations
• Resourcing and Purchasing (Furniture, fixtures, lighting, artwork, accessories, window treatments, etc.)
• Collaboration with architects, contractors and trades people
• Project management and supervision

Deliverables:

• Creation of design concept and implementation plan
• Preparation of materials to convey the design concept (floorplans, elevations, material finish samples, color samples, etc.)
• AutoCAD (Computer Aided Design) plan sets for contractor/installer
